...I was very fortunate, a young lad "Brian" was given the service work. If he ever needs recommendation, it would be an honour to do so. Mr. Osborne, he was 110% super kind to me. Brian showed where the mice had done the damage. Brian said " If you buy some moth balls I'll put them around" and you'll never know how much that meant to an "Old Senior" in her late 80's. You are so fortunate to have him on your staff. Please mention to him. I came home parked my car, went out and under the car was a dead mouse. Thank the staff that made my day! DFM

Thanks to the staff at Bill Osborne's Body Shop we now have a freshly painted Jasmine yellow 1970 Mark3 Triumph Spitfire. The paint job however, was just the final step in a year long process of preparation done by me as I was coached by Mark, Brandon, and Brad. By following their advice and tips on products and techniques I was able to strip the body to bare metal, make the required repairs and prep everything for their skilled final touch. Thanks boys, you took my "almost perfect" body work to the professional level and we now have a real showpiece. D & E
This is to thank-you again for your help in dealing with the problem of leaking transmission fluid from my Optra in early December. I did have a safe uneventful trip home to London and had faulty lines replaced at my own dealership the next day. Everything is working well now. I just wanted to thank your service dept. for taking such good care of my car yesterday. I had my rear brakes done and new front tires and an oil change. ...HHR drives and handles nice. Like the remote start feature. Used it Monday morning to get rid of ice on the windshield. I'm amazed at how fast it heats up too. Thanks for going over the car with me before I left. This is really nice, particularly when you take possession at night. You really can't see where things are much when you're driving at night. A & A
